We push code daily, make decisions quickly (based on data), test product ideas cheaply before committing resources to build them, and iterate constantly. We think that for the right people, this is the only way to work.

Also, since we pair program, it makes it much easier when people want to move on to pursue their own thing—the knowledge doesn't walk out the door.

Everyone at NeedFeed participates in usability testing. We believe that watching real people use our product is the best way to inspire new ideas, get everyone on the same page, and keep us focused on what matters.

Making 'social' useful
We believe that social software can be more than a way to kill time. We're building something useful and truly satisfying to use. Great social software should strengthen friend relationships, not cheapen them.

We are looking for people who are outstanding in their field and are also collaborative, communicative, and fun to work with. Skills first, experience second. If you're an engineer, expect a programming test.
